What sorts of errors can Smarterwrite correct?
SmarterWrite uses advanced natural language processing to detect a variety of writing mistakes, such as lack of subject-verb agreement, verb tense errors, proper capitalization, and many more. In addition, SmarterWrite corrects spelling and offers style suggestions to help students improve.
Can I pause my subscription over the summer?
Definitely! You can cancel and restart your subscription at any time with no fee or penalty. When you cancel your account, it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (each cycle lasts for one month).
I'm a parent and I want to use Smarterwrite for my children. Can I get a plan just for my them?
Individual Student Plans are in development and will be ready soon. Contact us if you want to be notified when Individual Student Plans are ready!
There was a grammar mistake in a student's writing but SmarterWrite didn't detect it! What's wrong?
Natural language processing is not perfect! We’re constantly working on refining our tools to have better results, and we need excellent teachers (and students!) like you to help us improve faster! Please send us feedback on grammar errors or corrections you’d like to call to our attention.
How do I pay for SmarterWrite?
After your 30 day free trial, your credit card will be billed automatically every month. Payments are made in advance, so each payment will cover your subscription for the next month. You can cancel or change your subscription level at any time. Changes will take effect when the next billing cycle begins.
